Container Corporation often invites application for the post of Management Trainee and Assistant Supervisor. Recruitment is carried out on the basis of written test, group discussion and personal interview. Candidates are required to apply online from the official portal of the organization.
Eligibility Criterion for the post of Management Trainee in Container Corporation

Candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate and completed two years MBA with specialization in any of the following subjects from any institute recognized by UGC/ AICTE are eligible to apply.

• International Business
• Operations Management
• Logistics
• Supply Chain Management

They should have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination. Those who are studying in final year in above said courses and awaiting results can also apply. They will have to submit the originals of mark sheet at the time of recruitment. Upper age limit for eligibility is 28 years. There is no age relaxation in upper age limit for any category.

Eligibility Criterion for the post of Assistant Supervisor in Container Corporation

Those who have completed Bachelors of Engineering or Technology in Civil Engineering are eligible for this post. Apart from this, diploma holders in civil engineering can also apply. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University or Polytechnic recognized by AICTE. Engineering graduates are required to have a minimum 1 year work experience in relevant field. Diploma holders should have professional experience of a minimum of 3 years.

Selection Procedure

Eligible candidates will have to clear the written test carried out by the organization. There will be objective type questions in the examination. Candidates can expect questions from topics such as Reasoning aptitude, English language and Technical knowledge. Those who have cleared the written test will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Final selection is based on the composite marks obtained in qualifying examination, written test and group discussion and personal interview. Those who are short listed for final interview are required to submit originals of supporting documents in prescribed format.

Application Process

Candidates are required to apply online from the official website of the organization. They should have a valid email id. Candidates who are applying for the post of Management Trainee will have to pay Rs. 350/- as application fee. Application fee for the post of Assistant Supervisor is Rs. 250/-.  Fee payment can be done by using Debit/ Credit card. Reserved category candidates are exempted from fee payment. Candidates will have to provide details about academic qualification and personal details at the time of application. They have the option to select the centre of written test. Those who have successfully submit the online application form will receive a system generated online registration slip with a unique registration number. Candidates are advised to take print out of registration slip for future reference.
