Company profile: CMDC ICPL Coal Limited is a joint venture of Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation and IFFCO Chhattisgarh Power Limited. It was incorporated in the year 2008 to supply coal for a 1320 MW power plant. It has been doing its assigned job very well and is on the verge of touching the new limits.
Job profile: The managers will be required to work in the departments such as finance, mining etc. They will be required to manage their departmental work and also keep control of the employees under them. They will be responsible for taking important decisions regarding planning and execution and various other activities.
Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 50 years for a general manager/senior manager, 45 years for manager/deputy manager and 40 years for assistant manager.
Educational Qualification:
General Manager (Mining) – A candidate must have a first class degree in mining engineering with a mining manager competency certificate and a minimum experience of 20 years.
Sr. Manager and Manager (Mining) – A candidate must have the same qualifications as that for the General Manager with a minimum experience of 13 years for Sr. Manager and 9 years for a Manager.
Sr. Manager/Manager (Mining) – A candidate must be a CA/ICWA with a minimum experience of 13 years for Sr. Manager and 9 years for a Manager.
Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (HR) – A candidate must be an MBA or a full time PGDM in HR with a minimum experience of 17 years for Deputy Manager and 13 years for Assistant Manager.
No. of posts: The no. of posts is not specified.
Pay scale: The pay scale for a General Manager is Rs55000-70000, for a senior manager it is Rs38000-58000, for a manager it is Rs34000-55000, for a deputy manager it is Rs30000-51000 and for an assistant manager it is Rs26000-46000 plus other allowances.
Selection process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance during the interview.
