Multi Tasking Staff, Accountants General (Kerala)
The offices of Accountants General (Kerala) comes under the control of Indian Audit & Accounts Department which in turn comes under the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. The office was actually upgraded in the year 1960 to the Accountant Genera;l’s level. The office was then reorganized into two seperate units in the year 1982 i.e. Accountant General-I and Accountant General-II. There total four branch offices of the offices of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) and the Principal General (Audit). The branch offices are located at Thrissur, Kottayam, Kozhikode and Ernakulam.
Job Profile:
Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for making direct recruitment to the posts of Multi Tasking Staff in the offices of the Principal Accountant General (C&CA), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram and Principal Accountant General (A&E), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram under Indian Audit and Accounts Department. Candidates should fulfill all the ligibility conditions set for the post. Also, the number of vacancies are tentative only and may increase or decrease depending on the requirement of offices.
Eligibility:
The minimum age limit set for the post is 18 years and the maximum age limit set for the post is 27 years as on the closing date for the reciept of applications. Also, candidates are required to be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/ Bhutan or a tibetan refugee or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from some other country with the intention of permanently settling in India. The upper age limit will be relaxable for the reserved categories candidates as per the rules and regulation of Government of India.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates are required to be atleast 10th class passed as this is the minimum required educational qualification for the different posts of Multi Tasking Staff in in the offices of the Principal Accountant General (C&CA), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram and Principal Accountant General (A&E), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram under Indian Audit and Accounts Department.

Office of the Principal Accountant General (C&CA), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram: 34 posts are available.
(General-22 and OBC-12)
Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram: 48 posts are available.
(General-25 and OBC-23)
Pay Scale: Candidates will be given the prescribed amount of salary under the Pay Band-I i.e. Rs. 5200-20200 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 1800.
Selection Process:
Only those candidates, who will be provided a certificate of admission from the office of the Principal Accountant General (C&CA), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, will be allowed to appear in the interview test.
How to apply: Applications should be made online only by navigating to the webpage http://www.agker.cag.gov.in. Candidates will be alloted a registration number at the time of their online application. Candidates are required to note that registration number for future reference. Candidates will be allowed to apply online before the last date. Candidates sending more than one application will be considered uneligible for the post. Also, the submitted online application form of the candidates should not have any deficiencies or irregularities or else their application will be summarily rejected.
