Bio-medical engineering is a paper which links the difference between engineering and medical. It is the application of engineering and medicine. It helps to diagnose, design new treatment and improve healthcare. The paper deals with the designing and maintaining the new equipment.

Paper Pattern:

The question paper of this subject is very much easy for the students. Questions asked in the paper are theoretical as well numerical questions. Total number of questions in this paper is 7 and candidates appearing in this paper should have to attempt only 5 questions. Total questions asked are long answer type questions and every question has its sub-parts.  Each question contains equal marks. The first question of the paper is compulsory and candidates have to select next 4 questions from the rest 6 questions.

The questions asked in the paper are descriptive type. Questions asked in the paper are theoretical as well as numerical questions. The paper also contains questions from various topics such as network; theorem related to network, different theorems and questions based on that, applications of different laws and theorems, material science, diagram based questions on materials etc. Candidates appearing in this paper should have a good knowledge on this subject.

Total marks and time allotted:

Maximum marks allotted to this paper are 100 and time allotted in this paper is 3 hours. Total number of questions is 7 and 5 questions are to be attempted, each question carries 20 marks. 1st question is compulsory and candidates have to select 4 from the rest 6 questions.
