Ponjesly College of Engineering aims at inspiring the youth, and is under the Ponjesly Group of Institutions. The college aims at inculcating a spirit of discipline and knowledge in a place where all modern facilities are available. This college creates the technocrats of tomorrow and hopes to take India to the path of progress.
Campus
The central library of the college is well equipped with a massive book collection along with lots of e resources, journals and CDs. Besides that the computer laboratory is provided with 2mbps speed internet that can be utilised by both students as well as faculty members to full benefit whenever required. A language laboratory is also present to improve the fluency and accuracy of students. Soft skill training is provided to 3rd year students. The college has an Air Conditioned 2 Seminar Halls and a hall for Conference. These halls are provided with Video, audio and Projectors with sufficient seating capacity .Also separate boys and girls hostel with 24 hours internet and proper recreation facilities are present as well along with a canteen for vegetarian food and a stationary shop for general needs of the pupils.
Courses Offered
The courses offered are Bachelor degrees in computer science, electrical, electronics information technology and mechanical engineering. Masters degree in business administration, power electronics and thermal engineering is also offered.
Admission Procedure
Admission is on the basis of merit in the previous examinations that the candidate has undertaken and by filling out and submission of the college form for the same.
