Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University was established on September 16, 2002 under the Government of India. The university was established after an act passed by Government of Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the premier medical colleges in India. Initially, the university was established as King George Medical college in the year 1911 but later its name changed to Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the post of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University.

1. Recruitment of Professor:
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to have done Ph.D. from recognized university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.

2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to have done Post Graduation from recognized university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600.

3. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to have done Post Graduation from recognized university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.

Selection Process:

The final selection of the candidates on the above specified posts will be made strictly on the basis of their performance in the personal interview test.
