Indira Gandhi National Tribal University is looking forward to recruit eligible Indian Nationals for the following faculty positions of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. 1. Recruitment of Professor:
No. of posts: Only 20 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates will be given the salary as per the latest UGC guidelines (available at UGC website).
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.
2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
No. of posts: Only 36 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates will be given the salary as per the latest UGC guidelines (available at UGC website).
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 9000.
3. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
No. of posts: Only 52 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates will be given the salary as per the latest UGC guidelines (available at UGC website).
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 7600.
Application Fee:
The application fee of prescribed amount is need to be submitted by each interested candidates. The application fee must be submitted through the means of a Demand Draft only. The demand draft should be made in favour of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University payable at State Bank of India, Amarkantak (IFS Code No.- SBIN0004674).
Amount of application fee for General and OBC candidates: Rs. 500 only.
Amount of application fee for SC/ST candidates: Rs. 250 only.
Selection Process:
Selection of eligible candidates will be made strictly on the basis of their performance in the Personal Interview Test with the selection committee.
