Central Bureau of Investigation was founded on April 1, 1963 under the Government of India. The headquarter of the bureau is situated at New Delhi, India. Mr. Ashwani Kumar is the Director of the bureau. Department of Personnel and Training is the parent agency of Central Bureau of Investigation. The bureau is considered as the premier investigating agency of the country. The bureau is responsible for solving the criminal and national security issues.

Age limit:

Candidates should not be more than the prescribed age limit set for all the above specified posts.
