Pattern of RPET:

The pattern is like any other aptitude test. The 120 questions are of objective type with multiple choice answers from physics, chemistry and mathematics. The questions in the exam will be both in Hindi and English.

Eligibility for RPET:

*Candidates seeking admission into engineering/ architecture course via RPET must have passed their 10 + 2 of Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent exam accredited by Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan by Board of Technical Education Rajasthan candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also appear for the examination.

*Candidate should not be below 16 years of age and not more than 23 years on 1st October of the year of the examination. SC/ST candidates are granted relaxation of 3 years in upper age limit.

* Candidates / parents must be bonafide resident of the state or candidate must have done last three years of education in Rajasthan along with qualifying examination.

* Also, candidate who is a son/daughter of serving employee of Government of Rajasthan, Municipal Boards/ Panchayat Samities, Statutory Bodies, The Universities in Rajasthan/Board of Secondary Education, Central Government & Defense Employee/ex service men/defense killed
