Maulana Azad Medical College came into existence in the year 1959 and the college is located in the capital city of Delhi. The basic objective of the institution is to produce efficient doctors, super specialists and specialists in different fields of medicine to offer the best quality medical service to the people.

The institution has planned to conduct a Walk-in-interview for the position of Senior Resident on regular basis in different specialties on three-year contract basis.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 plus grade pay of Rs.6600 and other allowances as admissible by rule.

Eligibility requirement:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be MBBS degree holders with Postgraduate degree or diploma in concerned specialty from a recognized institution. For Anatomy and Physiology departments alone candidates without PG Degree/Diploma, but with two years experience after MBBS can be considered. Candidates must also have completed their internship and should be registered with Delhi Medical Council.

Age requirement: Candidates must not be more than 33 years of age on the date of interview. Relaxation of five years and three years is permitted for SC/ST and OBC candidates respectively.
