Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science College shortly called as SIASC was established in the year 1996 as a co-education institution. Shanmuga Industries Educational Trust, whose objective is to offer easy access to higher education to the local people, established the college and it is affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University located at Vellore.
