Manipal University carries out admission of candidates to second year of engineering course through an entrance exam. Diploma holders in Information Technology or Computer Science can appear for lateral entry test in IT. Test will be based on the syllabus covered under diploma course in Information Technology. There will be two sections for the test, Section I and Section II.
