UCO Bank is one of the reputed banks that invite applications from all the Indian citizens for recruitment in the UCO Bank as the Probationary Officer. There are total 543 vacancies for the post for which interested have to fill Application form online only. No other mode of Application will be accepted by the Bank. For filling the application forms, visit www.ucobank.com.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Candidate must be more than 21 years of age and should not be more than 30 years of age.
• The candidate must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University to be eligible for this course.

Important Dates:

• Start of registration for online Application forms: December 20, 2008.
• Last date to register online: January 19, 2009.
• Last date for the receipt of Printout of online Application: January 24, 2009.
• Date of commencement of UCO Bank PO Written Examination: March 22, 2009.

Selection Procedure:

• All the eligible candidates have to appear in the objective and descriptive type written examination.
• The candidates will be short-listed on the basis of the merit obtained by them in the written examination.
• Final selection will be made on the basis of the collective performance of the candidate in the written exam and interview.

Examination Pattern:

• All the questions in the examination will be of Multiple Choice Type (MCQ)
• The question paper will be set in bilingual form viz. both Hindi and English
• The questions in the examination will cover:
1. General Awareness
2. Quantitative Aptitude
3. Reasoning Ability
4. English Language
5. Descriptive Test
