University has an existing counter of Indian Overseas Bank which is very beneficial. The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R University is a state university which provides various UG and PG programs. It also provides the facility of co-operative stores which is run by the staff of the university. It is approved by UGC which has power to affiliate medical and paramedical colleges. It regulates the high standard quality in medical science. University is situated in south of Chennai.

Paper pattern

The question paper has basically three types of answers which are essay type answer carrying 15 marks, short notes type carrying 5 marks, and short answers of two marks each. From this student has to write two essay types answer and has to attempt 5 short notes and remaining 20 marks are allotted to ten short answers of two marks each. If student has to secure best marks then he/she would have to answer all the questions. These questions are set such that the student is examined on his/her ability. This enables the students to use his/her knowledge in medical environment.

Time allotted to complete a paper

The duration of the paper is three hour. Students have to complete their paper within three hours. It is advised to candidates to complete their section A and B within two and half hours and the rest half an hour is spent on completing the Section C. According to this time table they can complete their paper in an easy way.
