Diploma holders can enter the 2nd year B.Tech Tech   Information Technology Engineering by lateral entry. This scheme has an approval from the government of Kerala. But to enter through this method, students will need to attend a State Level Lateral Entry Test. This exam will be carried out by the University of Kerala.
