sir i want to join merchant navy.... i scored only 49% in PCM in class 12th ....is there any way to join??

how much salary will be given after doing course of merchant navy?

I have completed my 10 2 with Physics ,Chem and Maths as main subjects and I have scored 93% in PCM and 92.5% aggregate. How can I join Merchant Navy?

You basically have two options available to join the Merchant Navy stream. The first is to join after your 12th standard. For this you must have pursued Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics during your 12th standard. There is a minimum age requirement of 18 years for the same. You will need to appear for the various entrance exams like IGNOU, IIT- JEE etc. On clearing this exam you will need to undergo Pre sea training. On completion of the course you will be eligible to join as a deck cadet. The other option is join after you complete Marine engineering. You can also join after completing Mechanical engineering but you will need to undergo a training period for the same. You have the option to join either Indian companies or Foreign companies. Most of these companies have their offices in Mumbai, Calcutta.

As you are final year student you have good percentage in your Graduation .
there is no need for 12 th Marks
you should have 60 % in your graduation.
there vacancy for technical post is affered you can apply for that , after completing exam you can get Job .
BUt as you are joining Navy service you must fit by health also.

1. 3 year degree course in Nautical Science
