Sir,plz reply to my problem.plz
I am from B.E(ECE) 2011 BATCH,
I have 75% in 10th,70% in 12th & i have first class degree 66% degree marks.
In RGTU(BHOPAL) UNIVERSITY,1st year 10%,2nd year 20%,3rd year 30% & final year 100% marks consider,then our degree calculated & they give a certificate & marksheet of degree marks which i have 66%.
But if i count my degree percentage as(average): total sum of percentages/total no. Of semesters.
Then the avg is 59.6
So conclusion is dat i have degree of 66 % marks
But avg is 59.6
I am eligible or not ??

HI DEAR,

TCS criterion is you have to get minimum 60% throughout the carrier to serve in their company. so you have to get above 60% marks in 10, 10+2 and also in graduation. as your marks is not fulfill the criterion so you will not be able to get job in TCS. but don't worry for this. there are so many company which recruit below 60% student.

you not mention which type of job are you asking that weather you are eligible or not? Since you are not an engineer .they clearly states that BTech , 12th and 10th with 60% marks

No, you are not eligible for the campus drive of TCS..

Because , To appear in campus drive of TCS , you must have 60% aggregate through out the career..

As you have mentioned that , you have secured less marks in 10th and 12th then you are not eligible for TCS..

I want to know that i m in 4th year doing my engineeing with Electronics and communication stream . I have marks as in :
10th - 68%
12th - 77%
B.E. - 61.8% with backlogs.
so i wanted to know whether i will be applicable to sit for on-campus or else i have to try for off-campus . if i have to go for off-campus what are the criteria and what are its procedures?

How IT companies verify the 10th n 12th marks of its recruited student of on campus ??!!
through college database or through state or cbse board ??!!!!

sir i hav secured 78% in 1oth...in 2004
49% in 12th in 2006
then a gap of 1 year... and in the year of 2007 i get admission in diploma engg.in cse and secured 82% and passed out 2010 and then after i got admission in b.tech in cse...
and nw am in 3rd year....tcs is nw recruitng in our clg for 4th year students....
and my cgpa is 7.89...plz tell me can i eligible 4 tcs....

i am totally confused...plz guide me....

The eligibility criteria to appear in the aptitude test of TCS is mentioned below:-
1. 60% in class 10
2. 60% in class 12
3. 60% in Graduation till your current semester.
4. Year gap-not more than 1year.
You have to show proper reasons if you do have a year gap.
--If you are able to clear the Aptitude Test, then you will be called for the Interview.

As your graduation is complete so there are the chances to be eligible in other.
Just try out for others as Infosys , CSC , Accenture.

I am giving advise to you first do post graduation i.e if you have done BSc(cs) then you can go for MSc(CS)/MCA. If you have done BCA then , you have to go for MCA.

if you have all these then you are eligible for the written test of the TCS .
the written test of the tcs contain about 35 question based on the aptitute of the CAT level.for this you can solve the
last year papers of the TCS .
after crossing the written test you have to clear 3 rounds of the interview
1.objective question(include aptitude,reasoning,english,verbal non verbal)
2.technical interview
3.hr round
