There are two types of Exams conducted by UGC and you can apply for any of them.
These two are:-
1)Junior Fellowship.
2)Lecturer.

You can appear in this Exam,only if you have Education Qualification in the following stream:-Humanities(Including Language)/Social Science/Computer science & Application/Electronics.

>>For appearing in Junior Fellowship your age should not be above 28 years.
>>For Lectureship there is no age Limit

Marks:-
>>In order to appear in this Exam,your minimum marks should be 55%.
>>If you belong from the SC/ST/OBC then your minimum marks should be 50%.


Exam Pattern:-

There will be 3 papers.

Its details:-

Paper 1 :-It will contain 60 questions.You will have to attempt only 50.
Total marks of this exam will be 100.
Total time duration for this exam will be 1 hours and 20 minutes.

Paper 2 :-It will contain 50 questions.All questions are compulsory.
Total marks of this exam will be 100.
Total time duration for this exam will be 1 hours and 20 minutes.

Paper 3 :-It will contain 75 questions.All questions are compulsory.
Total marks of this exam will be 150.
Total time duration for this exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
