I want to do a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) course along with my job? Is it possible? Also, I have heard that CFA only allows to pursue it degree course to professionals who are already working. Is it correct that a fresh graduate would not be able to pursue CFA?

There is no as such complusion of Job for enrolling to a CFA course. A person having experience in IT with 4 years is also eligible to apply for the course.

There are following eligibility criteria for doing CFA course :

1. Candidates who are pursuing MBA degree or completed MBA are eligible to apply.

2. B.Com or M.com Degree holders are eligible to apply.

3. CA aspirants are also eligible to apply.

4. IT professionals with working experience that totals up to 4 years are also eligible for the course.

After completing the certification course you may find yourself working at any of the below mentioned positions :

>> Financial advisor
>> Relationship manager
>> Financial Manager
>> Finance Expert
>> Private bankers
>> Portfolio Managers
>> Financial strategists. etc.
