please clear my querry regarding procedure of summer internship at NTPC for M.B.A(HR&IR)

Good that you have decided to have a internship at NTPC. All you need to do are as follows,

Check the company website and also with the internal staffs for the exact requirement of the candidate
Obtain a letter from your HOD , stating that you are a bonafide student and you are willing to be a part of the internship process.
Submit the letter and you ll be granted.

It is better you carry your resume along for the initial visit .

The normal procedure is that the placement officer of the college where you are pursuing the course should contact the HR department of NTPC. The placement officer should handover the resumes of the interested candidates to them. Incase you feel the college will not be able to help you in this you can send an application directly. You must mention in brief your details and the interest in the field. Do attach your resume too to it. If there is a vacancy they will surely contact you.

what is the procedure for to join in the NTPC is a HR interenship programme,

To get a summer training, you need to send a request letter along with your resume to the HR manager of the company or organization where you wish to pursue training.

When you receive an acknowledgement letter from the organization then be sure yiu have selected for training.
So get it signed by the head of your institute, collect an NOC from the T&P Cell of your college and send it along back to the company.

Now government organizations such as NTPC are huge public sector companies and many aspirants try their luck here, however, only who have certain references get through.
SO if you have much references in NTPC then it will work in your favour.

I also suggest you to get a recommendation letter from your college. Maybe it might help to an extent.

Im a BBM grad and curently working in a company and want to do internship in HR to learn the HR job because im not familiar with the job responsibilities and struggling like anything, PLEASE ANYONE tell me what should i do for internship

after MBA in HR from IIT'S can i join ntpc?what is the procedure,plz tell me?
