The only way to apply for the NDA I Exam, 2012 is through the online application available at the official website.

NDA Application Form

The amount of fee, required to pay for the examination is Rs.50.
The fee can be paid at your nearest branch of State Bank of India and will need to keep the receipt of the same, which will be required while filling up the online application form.
