if i am unable to produce noncreamy layer obc certificate at the time of councling of iit entrane what happend at that time can i eligible as a general category or reject form councling ?

My father is working in a private firm and my mother is a class 2 officer.Can i get an obc ncl certificate?

i had sent a declaration undertaking for obc(ncl) along with mv application form,so whether i have to send it again before 20th march 2012 as per the information

my income limit is less than 4.5lakh in one year and more than 4.5 lakh next two year can i get non cremy layer

sir, i am doctor i am working in the government hospital my income around 5.5lac/year i applied neet pg entrence exam under obc ,weather can i get obc certificate, any go is there

sir, i am a Class-II ( Group -B ) officer since 2001, my salary is Rs. 6,19,000/- including HRA of Rs,54,000/-, i have some parental properties in Urban & municipal area in which i have entitled for only 1/7th share, whether i am eligible to get OBC certificates for my children

OBC certificates are of two types:
>> OBC Creamy layer
>> OBC non Creamy layer


You will get benefits of OBC reservations, if you are in OBC Non Creamy layer


You can get this certificate if your caste is in the Central OBC list
Also your total annual income is less than 6 lakhs per annum

A bank employee having salary income 900000/- per annul is eligible for getting non creamy layer certificate for his son or not?
