if i am unable to produce noncreamy layer obc certificate at the time of councling of iit entrane what happend at that time can i eligible as a general category or reject form councling ?

My father is working in a private firm and my mother is a class 2 officer.Can i get an obc ncl certificate?

i had sent a declaration undertaking for obc(ncl) along with mv application form,so whether i have to send it again before 20th march 2012 as per the information
