No, M.Phil in correspondence is not considered as Ph.D degree.

Yes, it is very much considered for Ph.D, there is absolutely no problem in it. The minimum educational qualification required in order to opt for Ph.D course is that the candidate should have completed his/her PG course from a recognized University and with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
Therefore, if you fulfill the above mentioned criteria, you are then mostly eligible to pursue Ph.D course. |
