How can I get admission in IIT-Delhi for Ph.D in Mathematics programme?

Sir,
I am a 12th class student with subjects-PCM Comp.Sc.
I want to do PHD in Mathematics from IIT Delhi.
Sir kindly guide me in sketching a path to do so starting from my 12th board.
Please tell me what all i have to do for admission in there
please help me sir

The eligibility to study the course in IIT Delhi is a M.A/M.Sc in Mathematics with 60% or above marks or B.Tech with 70% marks or above from a recognized university. The aspirant has to appear for an entrance examination and interview for the admission. The other eligibility conditions and entrance examination details are given in the attachment.
