now i am continuing my mca course under bput.I want to go for higher study.so what is the best course after mca.

You have just completed your MCA degree so you have lots of higher study scope.

M-TECH :- You must be cleared the GATE exam some institute provide M-TECH without gate score.

MBA:- You must be cleared the CAT or MAT exam.Some institute conduct their own entrance exam.

MS:- Only M-TECH,MCA candidate are applicable.

JRF:- Only B-TECH ,MCA , M-TECH and science graduate candidate are eligible for JRF.

PHD:- B-TECH , MCA candidate must have GATE score . M-TECH candidate apply here without GATE score.

higher studies, then surely do the ph.d, and be a doctor(i mean will be called so).

hi, for higher studies either u do specialisation in specific platform or language, or can go for ph.d.

MCA degree refers to mainly software industry. after MCA there is a very good career if u do MTECH in Computer Sc. this will take u towards the area of Teaching line or towards Further Research options.
currently there are almost all indian technical universities offering MTECH in CSC. In my view it is best to opt any IIT for doing MTECH. For this you have to appear GATE.

I am a 2nd year(4th sem) student of MCA from NIT JSR.I want to do M.Tech(C.S) from any prominent IIT.please guide me how should i start preparation for this..does it need coaching or self is enough.

i think first chose to join a job

since you have already done your MCA which is a PG course, you may go for following

MS- you need to appear for GRE and TOEFL and apply to foreign university
M.Tech- You need to appear for GATE
M.B.A- You need to appear for CAT and various other mba entrance exam
you may also go for Ph.D

You may do short term course on cloud computing or from NIIT and thus get placed in good IT firm
