Orissa Public Service Commission was established under the Government of India. The major objective behind the establishment of the commission was to have a responsible body for making recruitment on the government posts in the state of Orissa through the means of competitive written examination and personal interview test. The commission functions in its buliding located at Cuttack, Orissa.

Job Profile:

Orissa Public Service Commission is making recruitment of the leigible as well as skilled candidates on the position of Insurance Medical Officer.

Eligibility:

The minimum age limit set for the post is 21 years and the maximum age limit set for the post is 32 years as on January 1, 2010.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess the Bachelor’s degree in Medical field from any recognized university for applying for the post of Insurance Medical Officer in Orissa Public Service Commission.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be paid the prescribed salaryof Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.
