The selection process of the company is described below:

The selection process includes 5 rounds. The five rounds are Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Technical Test, Technical Interview and a Personal Interview.

The aptitude test is an easy one. The questions are from quantitative aptitude covering the topics like time and work, time and distance, profit and loss, interest, geometry, logic, algebra etc. there are some questions from English also.

The technical test is a bit tougher. The questions are from C, C++, Java, and RDBMS.

After the written test the technical interview is there. They ask questions mainly from programming. Those who clear this are called for the PI. PI aims at testing the confidence of the candidate. The interviewer also judges the leadership qualities of the candidate as well as his or her communication skills.
