Central Silk Board (CSB) was established in the year 1949 by the Government of India. The board was incorporated as a Statutory body under Government of India. the major objective behind the establishment of the Cnetral Silk Board was to provide a board responsible for the development of sericulture and silk industry. The headquarter of the board is located at Bangalore.
Job Profile:
Candidates are invited to apply for the vacant post of Director on the deputation basis in the Central Silk Technological Research Institute, Bangalore which comes under Central Silk Board.
Eligibility:
The maximum age limit set for the post of Director in Central Silk Board in 53 years.
Educational Qualification:
A Doctorate degree in Textiles or an equivalent from any recognized institute or university is required for the above specified post.

Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs.8700 will be given as salary to the selected candidates.

sir, how to apply for feild assistant post … how to get application form ? what and all certificates have to send and how to send and where to send…..details r not showing in this site so plz reply
sir, i have attended an interview and a written test for the post of FIEDL ASSISTANT on 28th of december 2010 at Tasar research institute, nagri,ranchi. still there is no information about the result of that particular exam at ranch centre and also on your website. even we candidates do not know whether the result is published or not. therefor requesting you to kindly provide proper information regarding this exam.

sir, i have attended an interview followed by a written mcq test for the post of field assistant on 28th of december 2010 at tasar research intitute, nagri,ranchi. still there is no any information regarding your office side about publishing of resullt.it is not clear where the result is out or still under process. there is no any information available about that particular exam. even at ranchi centre.
therefor requesting you to provide atleast the curent status of that examination.
