Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research was set up with an objective to impart technical education to the students. The institute was founded in the year 1984, and acquired the status of deemed University in the year 2003 by University Grants Commission (UGC). Admission Procedure:

The candidates have to give a Common Entrance Test in order to get admission in the various undergraduate courses and have to secure at least 50% marks in 10+2 exams. The candidates applying for the postgraduate courses have to qualify an entrance exam along with a GD and personal interview conducted by the institute. The candidates also have to attend counseling programs in order to get their course of interest.
