Pattern of CMAT:

• The question paper comprises of only objective type questions. The candidates have to choose the right answer from multiple options.

All the questions in the paper are divided into four sections:

• English Comprehension

• Reasoning

• Business Environment

• Arithmetic Comprehension & Data Interpretation

• Each section in the question paper comprises of 50 questions.

Eligibility for CMAT:

• The candidates should not be more than 26 years of age except NRI/NRI Sponsored/Foreign National candidates/students, and serving/retired defense personnel. For the SC/ST candidates, there is a relaxation of three years in the upper age limit.

• The candidates need to have passed in graduation or its equivalent examination under 10+2+3 scheme, from any recognized University.

• The qualifying examination must be passed by the candidates with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. In case of SC/ST candidates, they need to have passed graduation with at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.

• The candidates, who are appearing in final year of qualifying examination, are also eligible to apply for appearing in the entrance test.
