Vivekanandhaa College of Engineering for Women is affiliated to Anna University and it is also approved by All India Council for Technical Education. It is an NBA approved institution offering different courses in the field of technical education to women students.

Library of Vivekanandhaa College of Engineering for Women:

The library is set with a vision of satisfying the user community and it is spread over an area of 500 square meters. The library is divided into three main sections namely the administration/reprography/circulation section, reading hall with periodicals section and stock room with reference section. The best feature about the library of this college is that the students are offered with a compulsory library hour in their timetable in such a way they get extensive benefit out of the library.

Placement Cell:

The college is offering career guidance and placement facilities to the students who have completed their UG/PG course. The cell is formed for the purpose of advising students on project guidance, communication skill, personality development and career options. It offers several other facilities like employment preparation/specialized career workshops, mock interviews, screening/resume writing, etc…Many of the old students of the college are placed in organizations like HCL, Satyam, Infosys, CTS, TCS, etc…and several other public sector organizations as well.
