Syndicate Bank Probationary Officers Exam 2009
Syndicate Bank is one of the reputed public sector banks which invite all the eligible applicants to be recruited for the post of Probationary Officer. There are total of 1300 vacancies for the post, in which 657 are for general category. Last date for applying for the Post of PO is 27th Feb, 2009.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• The candidate must be citizen of India to be eligible for this post.
• The minimum age of the candidate applying must not be less than 21 years.
• The maximum age of the candidate applying must not be greater than 30 years.
• The candidate must have obtained any of the following:
1. Post graduation degree from a recognized University
2. Masters in Computer Application from a recognized University
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE./BTech) from a recognized University
4. The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks as aggregate in the relevant degree examinations.
5. The candidate must possess Computer knowledge covering M S Word, M S Office, Excel, Access, etc.
NOTE: The candidates with BE/BTech in Agriculture and Bio Technology are not eligible to apply.
IMPORTANT DATES:
• Last date for the receipt of completely filled Application forms : 27th Feb, 2009
• Last date for the receipt of completely filled Application forms (for candidates residing in far flung areas) : 6th Mar, 2009
APPLICATION FESS:
• The application fee including Postage charges is Rs.200
• The application fee for the candidates under SC/ST/PH category is Rs.50
• The candidates under OBC category are to pay full application fee.

Sir, I’ve passed out my MCA exam in previous year i.e. in 2010 with 83%. But don’t have got proper scope till now.Since 1 year I’m staying at home due to lack of proper career guidance. I want to do research on human and bio-mechanical machines i.e. if some chips are inserted inside the human body them the body can work as a super computer… But my parents are interested in software engineer or any kind of govt sectors. So please help me.

I have completed my gradution(BCom) in Oct 2004, and it was my second attempt as i couldn’t cleared it in first attempt and after giving second attempt my overall score was 65%(but PASS class), so can i apply for Syndicate bank’s PO exams
