Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative bank (HPSCB) came into existence from 15th March 1954 under the Co-operative Society Act, 1912. The bank started its service as an Apex bank and a Central financing agency under 2-tier system in 6 districts of the State. Later, Bank of Sirmour merged with it in1955. At present HPSCB serves people of Himachal Pradesh through a network of 190 branches.
Job Profile:
Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) invites applications from eligible and interested candidates for various Job Vacancies - Steno/ Typist, Jr. Clerk, Computer Operator and Sub-Helper.
No. of posts - Steno/ Typist - 8, Jr. Clerk - 39, Computer Operator - 6, Sub-Helper - 32
Pay Scale – Steno /Typist & Computer Operator: Rs. 5600 + 50% Dearness Pay; Jr. Clerk: Rs. 4750 + 50% Dearness Pay; and Sub-Helper: Rs. 2760 + 50% Dearness Pay.
Eligibility:
Age Criteria - Minimum age limit is 18 yrs and maximum age limit is 45 yrs (Relaxable as per rules).

Selection Process:
The candidates are selected for the post based on screening test and personal interview.

when the minimum requirement for grade iii exam is degree with 50 percent marks then what incentive for higher degree. When experience for the post is three year on the form filling date in your advt. 2009 and it is being filled with 2011 advt. I agree if ur advt 2009 u r recruiting regular and 2011 advt contract then its ok. And more over with three year experience is it judicial to recruit grade iii on contract when after checking abilities and personal interviews u r recruiting the best.does their best will remain after the indefinate contract policy.
