Eligibility: A candidate must be minimum 18 years and maximum 26 years of age. The candidate should be a domicile of Himachal Pradesh.
Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a Degree from a recognized University in any discipline. He should have good communication skills. Proficiency in local language and English is desired.
