NET Kannada (Paper II) Papers

NET Kannada Paper II is a one and half hour paper. The total marks for the same is 100. There are 50 questions in the paper. Each one carries two marks. These questions are objective type questions based on multiple choices. There are at least four options provided for each question. There is only one correct answer which has to be darkened in the separate answer sheet provided to you. There is also provision of a rough sheet in case one may need it.

It is important to note that negative marking has been introduced on the paper since December 2009 so as to avoid aimless guessing and chance factors to influence the marks of the candidate. There will be a 25% deduction which is 0.5 marks on the total marks for the exam. Negative marking is levied only on Paper II and not on Paper III. The entire paper will be in Kannada language itself. Remember that the answer sheet requires you to only darken the correct answer. Do not write anything on the answer sheet and try to keep it as clean as possible. Otherwise, it may not be considered for the assessment.
