Admission procedure:
Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya admits students to different courses on the basis of merit secured by the students in the qualifying examination. The college follows reservation system for physically handicapped, scheduled caste and schedule tribe candidates.
Eligibility for admission:
Candidates who have completed their higher secondary examination in appropriate stream can apply for general bachelor’s degree in commerce, science and arts. Only candidates who have completed their higher secondary examination in the immediate previous academic year can apply for the honors degree courses offered by Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya.
Students’ Corner:
The college has a students’ council, which is a democratic forum for the students and student-leaders for this council are selected through proper election process. The students’ council in the college organizes different functions and events every year in the college like annual sports day, fresher’s welcome day, cultural functions, etc…
Facilities:
The college offers facilities like students’ health home, Xerox centre, grievance redressal cell, alumni association, etc… for the sake of current and past students of the college.
