Indian Institute of Management Lucknow invites application from the eligible candidates for the faculty positions of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant professor in the various areas such Decision Sciences (Statistics), Legal management, Agri Business Management, Business Communication, Marketing Management, Strategiz Management, Operations Management, Economics & Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and Systems and Human Resource Mangement.

Eligibility:

The only eligibility conditions for the faculty posts of Professor, Associate professor and Assistant professor in Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow) is that he/she should be within the prescribed age limit set.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have done Post Graduate degree in the concerned speciality from a recognized university for applying on the specified posts of Professor, Associate professor and Assistant professor in Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow).
Professor: Candidates should possess experience of atleast 10 years for this post.
Associate Professor: Candidates should possess experience of atleast 7 years for this post.
Assistant Professor: Candidates should possess experience of atleast 3 years for this post.

Pay Scale:

Professor: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 10500.
Associate Professor: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 9500.
Assistant Professor: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8000.

Selection Process:

Candidates should prepare well for the personal interview test that will be taken by the selection committee on the specified date. Only a good performance in this personal interview test can ensure the selection of the canddiates on the desired posts. This selection committee will be responsible for making final decision on the selection of candidates.
