Job Profile:

Applications are invited from eligible men, who are citizens of India for the position of Driver-cum-Pump Operator by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

No. of posts: Driver-cum-Pump Operator/ Direct (Constable/ DCPO) - 214, Driver-cum-Pump Operator/ Deptt. (Constable/ DCPO) -17, Driver-cum-Pump Operator/ Ex-Servicemen (Constable/ DCPO) - 33

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2000 + Allowances

Eligibility:

Age criteria – The minimum age limit is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years (Relaxable as per rules).

Educational Qualification – The candidates must have successfully completed 10th class or matriculation examination. The candidates must have a valid driving license for both heavy motor Vehicle and light motor vehicle. For more details refer the CISF’s website.

Selection Process:

The selection process involves eligibility test, running, physical efficiency test, trade test, written test, medical examination and final selection.

Candidates should send the duly filled in application form to the address of CISF that is mentioned in the notification issued by the CISF through its website.

Application Fee:

Postal order of Rs. 50 must be drawn in favor of the relevant Officer mentioned in the notification issued in the website of CISF and the payment should be to the relevant post office  as specified in the notification. SC/ST candidates are freed from payment of fee.
