How to fill FMS Application forms?

FMS 2011 exam registration can be done only by online applications. No other modes of registration are accepted. The candidates wishing to appear for this exam should logon to the official website of FMS for registering. They will be directed to the exam registration page. The candidates should satisfy the entire eligibility criterion before applying.

Instructions to be followed for filling in form

As said earlier, the registration can be done only through online mode. The candidates should be cautious while filling the application. Once the data are submitted it cannot be edited afterwards. So while submitting the application it should be thoroughly checked before submission. They should fill all the mandatory fields.

After the successful submission of data the candidates will be directed to the payment details page. They can submit the fees by two modes either by internet payment or through DD. The candidates have to fill in all the required details.

After the successful submission of payment details it will be directed to a form. This will include the details along with the space for affixing the photograph of the candidate. They have to take print out of this.

Exemptions to be taken care while filling in form

There will be some exemptions for the candidates who belong to reserved category.

  • For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH/ CW candidates the application fee for MBA is Rs. 200/- and for MBA (management studies) is also Rs.200/-.
  • For both these it will be Rs.350/-.
  • They are also given a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examinations.

Last date for receipt of applications

The online registration for FMS 2011 will be open from 06th September 2010. The candidates should submit the data latest by 15th October 2010. After this date the registration page will not be available in the official site.

Acknowledgement of exam application form

The application details printout taken, as said above, should be affixed with the candidate’s photograph and duly signed it. The necessary documents of proof for reserved category, the DD and copy of qualification certificates should also be attached with this form. Then it should be sent to the address specified in the official website. The online application will be only considered after the receipt of this form.
