The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) has introduced a Certificate in Accounting Technicians (CAT) Course of one year duration for 12th (10+2) passed students. It comprises of two parts- Foundation Course (Entry Level) and Competency Level. It will be in English and Hindi language. Study materials will also be available in English & Hindi as per choice of students. Organization and management paper is one of main paper for entry level foundation course.

Paper pattern and no. of questions asked:

Section 1 contains 3 questions in which 1st question is compulsory and any one from the rest is to be answered. Section 2 contains 5 questions in which again 1st question is compulsory and any three from the rest is to be answered. In total there are eight questions in this paper in which six questions is to be answered. The compulsory questions 1 and 4 contains objective type and short answer questions such as match the column, yes/no, full form, fill in the blanks, and answer in one sentence etc.

Marks distribution:

The maximum mark of this paper is one hundred marks. Section 1 is of 30 marks in which 1st question is of 18 marks and remaining one is of 12 marks whereas section 2 is of 70 marks with 1st question of 43 marks and remaining three of 9 marks each.

Total time duration:

The maximum time allotted is three hours.
