Ocwen Company recruits eligible candidates from different Institute across the nations. There are three main parts of the recruitment process, the first being the Aptitude Test, the second and the third being the Technical and HR Interview.

First Hurdle: The Aptitude Test

The aptitude test has a maximum of fifty questions and for that you would be provided fifty minutes. Needless to say, time is of essence in the aptitude test. Coming back to the type of questions asked, you can expect both subjective and objective type of questions. For objective type, there will be three choices, out of which you would need to select the correct answer. You can expect both numerical and logical based questions in the paper. The best part of the aptitude test is that there are no negative markings. So, even if you are skeptical about a particular question as in whether you are headed to a wrong direction or right direction, you should attempt the question.

Penultimate Hurdle: Technical Interview

The second step of the process is the Technical based Interview in which candidates are asked question relating to the core based subjects of their departments. Candidates are basically advised to brush up their very basics and should be very confident while answering to the interviewer.

Core based subjects are the most important link in the overall process, there candidates should be thorough with the entire syllabus and should stress on each and every module in order to secure a seat in the round of the Personal Interview.

Decisive Hurdle: Personal Interview

The last step is the Personal Interview, after which candidates are recruited. This is the round wherein you are asked question from your background, hobbies, and anything that could be of interest to the interviewer.
