Nezamia College of Education is a Muslim Minority Institution that was established in the year 2006. The college is located in the Patna city of the Bihar State. The college works under the control of the Nezamia Educational & Welfare Trust. The college is affiliated to the Magadh University, Gaya.

The Nezamia College of Education offers the undergraduate course – B. Ed (Bachelor of Education). The duration of the course is one year.
Eligibility criteria for getting admission:
The candidates, who have passed bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks, are eligible to apply for B. Ed course. They must get qualified in the B. Ed (Regular) Entrance Test conducted by the Magadh University in order to get admission for the B. Ed course in the college.

I don’t know where you are located but I know Cal State East Bay has a good Health Science prgroam with a couple of options. Health administration and Health Education. San Francisco State University has a Health Education Degree but its not called Health Science.
