Bihar National College, shortly called as B.N. College is centrally situated in Patna in a campus spread over an area of approximately 2.5 acres of land. It was established in the year 1889 and it is a constituent college of Patna University located at Patna.
Courses Offered:
Bihar National College is a multi-faculty college offering education both at UG and at PG level in arts, humanities, commerce and science streams. The college is also offering different vocational/professional courses under the directions of UGC. The college is providing job-oriented courses in biotechnology, computer application, functional English, geo-hydrology, Business administration, commerce, nutrition and dietician. The duration of UG courses is three years and PG courses is two years, while for certificate courses it is one year.
Placement Cell:
Bihar National College is running a placement cell, which has been seeking co-operation of different MNCs and many such companies have already conducted campus recruitment in the college. This cell is run by the college with the guidance from the University Employment and Guidance Bureau.

The campus of the college is provided with wonderful ambience to help of the students. The college offers some of the wonderful facilities like medical facility, parking facility, auditorium, games & sports facility, accommodation, hostel, canteen and library.
