Executive programme offered by IIM Kolkata for young professionals
The Executive Programme for Young Professionals is for those young professionals who lack proper management education and managerial skills. The Programme provides these young professionals with perspective as well as skill in management. Not only that, with this Programme they get equipped with necessary inputs for excelling in selected functional areas.
This Programme, which is called EPYP i.e. Executive Program For Young Professionals, is a joint venture of IIM Calcutta and Hughes Net Global Education.
Course Structure
The course is divided into two components:
1. Classroom Component: This component is the core of Executive Program For Young Professionals – EPYP. The duration of this component is 40 weeks and the modules will be taken by the Faculty from IIM Kolkata. It consists of altogether 120 instructional hours which is provided through IOLM i.e. Interactive Onsite Learning Mode. There are 48 classrooms in 32 different cities provided for this purpose.
2. Campus Component: this component can be held at the beginning or end or during the 1-year programme. This component is crucial for the students as the participants are provided with an orientation towards learning based on cases. The duration of this component is 5 days (30h hours).
The classrooms available for the students could be Hughes Net Fusion Class-rooms, Hughes Net Global Education Class-rooms or Hughes Net Direct to Corporate Class-rooms. All these classrooms have a powerful user interface which allows the students to watch the faculty live on their computers and interact with them with the help of two way audio system.

* Managerial skills in select job/functional areas (a participant has to select one major and one minor areas from the options given below)

Requirements
Professional with a Graduation degree with 50% marks in minimum and 1-5 year’s work experience can apply for this Programme.

Fee Structure (DOMESTIC)
Application Fee: Rs. 1,000
Program Fee: Rs. 1,10,000
Total Fee: Rs. 1,11,000
Documents required with application
1. One passport size photograph which should be glued on the application form
2. All educational records (mark sheet of class 12, certificates of Graduation and Post-graduation (if any))
3. Latest Pay Slip or Letter from Company as a proof of Employment.
4. Experience certificates or Professionals records.
5. Statement of Purpose in not more than 250 words.
