iam b.com 3rd year iwant cs details with duration ..please tell me the details

The CS course has three stages. They are Foundation Programme, Executive Programme, and Professional Programme. The candidates who have completed 12th in any stream other than fine arts are eligible to apply for the course. The duration is 8 months for the foundation course. The minimum course duration for executive/professional programme is 10 months. The candidates who have passed the foundation course are eligible to pursue the executive programme. Also, the lower age limit is 17 years. For doing the professional programme, the candidates have to complete the executive programme.

i have passed my cs foundation exam in december 2011 now tell me the last date of cs executive both module admission in december 2012

You can apply directly to EXECUTIVE level after completing B.com.

The cs course is divided into a procedure of three terms namely foundation course, executive course and professional course. The first step is to do the foundation course. The eligibility of the foundation course is that you should be a 12th passed student from science or commerce stream. The candidates belonging to arts stream are not allowed.
The duration of foundation is 8 months. Then you can jump to executive course, the eligibility of the executive course is that you should have completed your foundation course. The executive course is of 10 months. After the executive course, you can do the professional course. The eligibility of doing the professional course is that you should have completed your executive course. The duration of the professional course is of 10 months.

Information About Company Secretary course :

This course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and this course is sub divide in three sections -Foundation, Executive, and Professional.

The required educational qualifications for the Foundation course is 10+2 .After completing the foundation course you can apply for the Executive programme and at the time of Executive programme course your age should be 17 years. After passing the Executive Programme examination, you can registered for the Professional Programme.

Admission to this course throughout the year and this exam is conducted 2 times in a year such as June & December.

Course Duration

A candidate needs to clear 3 stages to qualify as Company Secretary and these are:

Foundation Course: The minimum eligibility to gain entry in the Foundation Course is a pass in 10+2 examination or its equivalent in any stream.

duration: The course is of 8 months.

Intermediate Course: A pass in the Foundation Course Examination of the ICSI/Graduation degree or a Master's degree/Pass in ICWAI, ICAI can allow you entry in the intermediate course.

duration: The course is of 9 months.

Final Course On passing the Final examination of ICSI you will need to undergo a practical training after which, you will be completely eligible for the Associate Membership of the Institute.

Fee Structure of ICSI: You need to spend Rs 3,600 for the foundation program. A commerce graduate can pay a fee of Rs 7000 for Executive program and a non-commerce graduate, Rs 7750 for admission to ICSI course.

The Company Secretary course is conducted in three stages:
Foundation
Executive
Professional


Since you have completed your Graduation, you get exemption from appearing in the CS foundation course

You get direct admission in the Executive Level of the CS course


Eligibilty to give the Executive level Exams of ICSI is
Graduation Pass or Foundation course pass of the ICSI

There are 7 papers that you have to give in the ICSI Executive level
