On completing the course you will basically will be an expert in the areas related to the legal aspects of the company. So you will find opportunities as the legal compliance officer of the company. You will need to advise the board on the best practices in corporate governance. Also you will be able to advice on areas like security laws, corporate laws etc. Your role will basically be a strategic adviser to the company.

I was a B.Com student in bangalore university but unfortunately I discontinued my study. cleared 2 semester in I class in the year 2006, can I aplly for further studeis in Bangalore unversity?
