Job profile: The manager would be responsible for developing long term relationship with the customers through customer relationship management, planning and execution of sales promotional strategies, selling of financial products of the company, generating profits for the company by achieving the set sales targets by the company. The candidate would also be required to acquire new clients of HNI segments.
Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate (any stream), must be able to do multi tasking, work under stress. The candidate must have good communication skills, strong analytical mind, problem solving attitude and he should be achievement oriented.
Experience: 1 - 5 Years of experience in direct selling and handling a sales team of 15 advisors.
Pay Scale: Rupees 1, 25,000 to 3, 50,000 plus incentives on achieving set business targets and perks on exceeding the targets.

ONE WEEK BEFORE I DID NOT SEE MY 400 NOS. SAIL, SHARES IN MY STOCK.( I WORK ON LINE IN MY COMPUTER ).
