Jharkhand Public Service Commission was constituted according to Article 315 of the Indian Constitution by the Jharkhand Governor and it was established with the objective of making a commission fully responsible for government jobs in the state of Jharkhand. The main job of the commission is conduction of written competitive examination and interview for selection of candidates for government job positions in the state. It also assists the state government with respect to recruitment of candidates to different government job positions.

Pay scale: Candidates selected for the position of Assistant Public Prosecutor in Jharkhand Public Service Commission, will be coming under the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800.

Educational qualification:

Applicants must be UG degree holders in law from a university or institution recognized by the University Grants Commission with good educational record.
