Eligibility Criteria

The student should hold a master’s degree or its equivalent qualification in the field of proposed research. They must have obtained the post graduate degree from any recognized institutes with an aggregate of not less than 55% marks. They should also possess a Bachelor degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from any one of the reputed colleges. Those candidates who are working in an externally funded research program can obtain an admission to the M.Phil/Ph.D course while continuing their work at the same time.

How to Apply?

The candidates have to submit the online application form before the first week of January. The forms are available on the website www.amucontrollerexams.com. After filling the application forms, the PDF generated form has to be submitted in the Office of the Director/Chairman. The form has to be accompanied with a demand draft of Rs.500/-. It should be drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, AMU payable at Aligarh.

How to fill the Form?

The candidates are advised to take a print out of the PDF generated application form on an A-4 size paper. The students have to put the thumb impression, signature on the appropriate spaces. They should also affix a recent colour photograph on the application form. The completely filled up application forms should be followed with a demand draft along with other documents. The forms should reach the office of the chairman/Director before the last date.
